Kids 1st Learning Center Expands Access to Quality Early Childhood Education

LOS ANGELES, CA - Kids 1st Learning Center, the reliable childcare center serving for over 25 years, is proud to announce its continued commitment to providing accessible, high-quality early childhood education to families in California. Through funding from the California Department of Education and the California Department of Social Services, Kids 1st Learning Center offers a range of programs designed to support the developmental needs of children aged up to 5 years old. 

Programs Offered  

The center's programs include: 

1. Part Day/Part Year Preschool (CSPP): A 3-hour per day program focused on preparing children aged 3-5 for kindergarten readiness, with priority given to 4-year-olds and children under Child Protective Services. 
2. Full Day/Full Year General Childcare Center Based (CCTR): A preschool program serving infants (6 weeks) up to 3 years of age, with eligibility based on family income and the Family Fee Scale. 
3. State Preschool Full Day (CSPP): A childcare program serving preschoolers (3-5 years old) based on need and income eligibility, with a minimum number of operating days as stipulated in the current calendar year. 

Free or Subsidized Early Childhood Education  

Kids 1st Learning Center adheres to Title 5 and Title 22 regulations and requirements, ensuring that families are enrolled according to policies without contradiction. Services are provided free or at low-cost tuition to eligible families, with family fees assessed based on the family's gross monthly income and family size. Certain circumstances may exempt a family from a monthly fee, determined at the time of assessment and enrollment.
