Born from the vision of Giza “Gigi” Mayorga, this venture highlights her journey as a single mom from a restaurant server of 10 years to becoming a restaurant owner — perfectly embodying the American Dream. Her story aims to inspire others — particularly women — to embrace entrepreneurship and chase their goals.
“This concept has been a long time coming,” said Managing Partner of Gigi’s Bar & Lounge Giza Mayorga. “Our vision is to create a space where great food, unique cocktails and live entertainment come together, celebrating Latin culture and encouraging guests to simply go with the flow. We want everyone to soak in the seductive energy we’re bringing to the table.”
Gigi’s Bar & Lounge will feature an upscale yet inviting atmosphere, complete with a spacious dining area and patio — perfect for everything from a lively brunch and sophisticated dinner to a sexy late night out. The menu will showcase a wide array of Latin-inspired dishes, from delicious brunch options to a specially curated late-night menu. The bar will have expertly crafted cocktails, including luxury tequilas, martinis and champagne — ideal for a relaxing drink after work or a celebratory evening.
Guests can expect a nightly entertainment lineup, with live music and DJ sets from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Additionally, Gigi’s will host three signature weekly events, including Noche de Despecho on Thursdays, celebrating Latin rhythms, passion and “girl power;” Latin Night on Saturdays, featuring music and dancing and a Weekend Brunch on Sundays, complete with a DJ set, good vibes and an exclusive Eggs Benedict bar for a truly elevated brunch experience.
